Plate Heat Exchanger for wall mounting (use with low temperature hot water). Plate construction with optimum strength and stability. The plates are designed to provide a free flow of liquid and contain fibers or other particles that can clog those traditional heat exchangers. SONDEX® free-flow plates are designed with no metal contact between the plates in the fluid space. The inlet part is raised and provided with channels that prevent bacteria from developing in “dead spots” of the plate heat exchanger. The inlet section is designed for optimum turbulent flow, guaranteeing a high heat transfer coefficient and longer operating time. Possibility of CIP (Clean-In-Place). Plates and intermediate layers built in accordance with the hygiene standard 3A.
